Founded with a deep commitment to helping veterans and their families, we proudly give back to the VA Hospital in Albuquerque—the largest and best facility of its kind in New Mexico. Over the years, our donations have contributed vital equipment to support the hospital’s efforts. Even during the challenges of COVID-19, we continued our dedication to this cause.

Every Stripes Burrito location honors our local heroes by featuring photographs of veterans and service members from Albuquerque families. Behind each photo is a story, accompanied by medals, flags, and the rich history of those who served.

When it comes to our food, we are proudly known as “burrito central.” Our journey began by driving around in search of the perfect breakfast burrito, and we decided to bring that passion to life. At Stripes, we operate a scratch kitchen where everything is made fresh daily—real eggs, hand-cut potatoes, freshly fried bacon, and sausage. We believe in providing quality food fast, without cutting corners.

What we’re most proud of, however, is how we treat our employees. We value transparency, provide fair wages, and foster a work-life balance that respects their well-being.
